Baked Kale Chips

We know, not everyone loves kale but no one can deny that it's good for you. Sure, it's fine in salads or a smoothie, but once you make baked kale chips, you'll actually like eating it...you'll probably even want to eat it! You don't have to take our word for it, this healthy snack only takes minutes to make! Try it today!

Instructions

  1. Remove the main stem from the kale and cut into bit sized pieces.
  2. Add oil, salt and toss.
  3. Place on a baking sheet, don't over crowd them.
  4. Bake for 5-10 minutes at 400°F.
