Buffalo Sauce | Part of Burger Week

Looking to add a little smooth heat to some wings or a chicken burger? Then voila, our homemade Buffalo Sauce recipe is just what you need! Side question, who thought to juice a buffalo?

Instructions

  1. In a small pan, over medium-high heat, mix all ingredients other than the butter.
  2. After 3 minutes of constant stirring, add the cold butter a third at a time thoroughly incorporating the butter between each batch.
  3. Let cool and enjoy!
