Egg Salad Sandwich Lunch! This is an amazing egg sandwich - so yummy! The egg salad, like the tuna can be made a few days ahead too so they’re both great for days where you’re short on time. Today’s lunch is served with fruits, veggies, and some yummy cookies too!

Instructions

  1. Make egg salad and use the bread of your choosing for making a couple sandwiches. If you only need 1 sandwich, the egg salad will keep in the fridge for a few days. The egg tastes best if served cold so many sure if has time to cool in the fridge before serving.
  2. Pre-cutting fruits and vegetables makes portioning easier!
