Guacamole | Part of Burger Week

Guacamole is an awesome dip! It’s great with pita chips, nachos or on top of a burger especially a yummy veggie burger like this week’s Black Bean Burger.

Instructions

  1. Place peeled avocado in a medium bowl.
  2. With a fork, press avocado until smooth (or leave as chunky as you like).
  3. Add all ingredients other than the tomatoes and mix.
  4. Add tomatoes and mix gently.
  5. Serve within 30 minutes or cover and refrigerate to prevent browning.
