1 small onion, chopped
¼ cup parsley, chopped
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
3 cloves garlic
1½ Tbsp flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Vegetable oil for frying
