Mini Mincemeat Tarts
A classic British holiday treat, at least in our home! We took things up a notch - of course - and made our own mincemeat. You can save some time and buy it in a jar, and you can even buy your dough if you’d like...but it’s the holidays - it’s all about baking from scratch! We hope you try these yummy treats yourselves!

Ingredients
Dough
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
1 Tbsp orange zest
8 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp ice water
2 Tbsp cold orange
Mincemeat
2 apples
2 pears
1 lemon
1 orange
1 cup raisins
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup currants
½ cup candied ginger
1½ cups brown sugar
¼ cup butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin spice blend
pinch salt
½ cup walnuts
