This week we made Overnight Oats. Not one recipe, oh no, but rather four yummy recipes! Honestly, some were better than others but really, you should give them all a try, and yes, even the Chai one...we’re going to continue to tweak this one until we’re happy with it.
Chai Latte Overnight Oats
⅔ cup plain Greek yogurt
⅔ cup milk of choice
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp maple syrup
½ cup oats
¼ tsp ground cardamom
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
1 Tbsp chia seeds

Blueberry Overnight Oats
½ cup milk
½ Tbsp maple syrup
¼ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup oats
½ tsp chia seeds
¼ cup frozen blueberries
Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
⅔ cup milk
⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp peanut butter
2 Tbsp maple syrup
½ cup oats
1 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
Banana Bread Overnight Oats
1 bananas, smooshed
½ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp maple syrup
½ cup oats
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp turmeric (optional)
