Peanut Butter Cookies

This week we have something very special for you, we make some delicious Peanut Butter Cookies, and we baked them with friends! Emilia, Ella, and Marc join us to make these delicious, gluten-free, peanut butter treats.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium sized bowl, combine all wet ingredients.
  4. In a small bowl, combine and dry ingredients.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix.
  6. Divide the mixture evenly. Add chocolate chips to 1 half.
  7. Using a spoon, drop ping-pong sized balls onto parchment paper, flatten them down with a wet fork to avoid a mess.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
