Pumpkin Pie Bars

Love Pumpkin Pie but looking for something a little more snackable? Pumpkin Pie Bars are just what you’re looking for - so yummy! They are just the right amount of sweet and pumpkin, really a perfect fall treat! We really should have made a double batch!

Instructions

  1. We recommend you make your own pumpkin puree, but use the canned stuff if you’re short on time.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8x8 pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Add graham crackers to the pan. Add butter and combine both. Once fully mixed, press evenly to the bottom of the pan forming a crust.
  4. In a small bowl, mix condensed milk, pumpkin, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice.
  5. Top crust with chocolate and butterscotch chips, and caramel squares.
  6. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the chips.
  7. Top with the coconut.
  8. Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
  9. Let cool completely before cutting...really, it makes a huge difference.
