How to make Mini Banana Muffins

Mini Banana Muffins are a perfect, healthy snack any time of day! Breakfast, lunch, or dessert, these little guys will please every time. Watch Abbey and Rebecca make these yummy treats!

Instructions

  1. Melt butter.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  3. In a medium sized bowl, using the back of a spoon, mash the peeled bananas.
  4. Add all ingredients, save the flour and baking soda, and mix thoroughly until combined.
  5. Add flour and baking soda and mix until combined being careful not to over mix.
  6. Fill a well greased mini muffin pan to the ⅔ mark.
  7. Place in oven for 35 minutes or until the tops are browned.
