How to make Pull Chicken Sandwiches

Father's Day is this weekend! Looking for something unique to make for Dad? Why not a Pulled Chicken Sandwich! Watch Abbey make this twist on the classic juicy sandwich topped with homemade coleslaw! It's oh so good!

Instructions

Pulled Chicken

  1. Finely chop half an onion.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a medium to large slow cooker.
  3. Cook on high for 3 hours.
  4. Remove chicken from sauce and shred with a fork into bit-sized pieces.
  5. Return to sauce and mix well.
  6. Serve on a toasted bun with coleslaw and or your favorite toppings.

Coleslaw

  1. Chop both red and green cabbage and place in a large bowl.
  2. Using a vegetable peeler, peel and discard the skin of the carrots. Then, with the peeler, continue to “shave” the carrots down to their core, add to bowl.
  3. Mix all ingredients until well coated.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
