1 cup warm milk (body temp.)
1 tsp active dry yeast
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2¼ cups all-purpose flour
4 Tbsp room temp. butter
Vegetable oil for deep-frying (3 inches)
Jam for filling
