Shortbread Cookies
Holiday time is synonymous with shortbread cookies. Yum! With only butter, sugar and flour, you can't get much simpler. We've added a little Toblerone to jazz the cookies up a little!

3½ cups all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
1½ cups unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
