Cauliflower Wings

Love chicken wings but are looking for something healthier? Cauliflower Wings are the answer! We’d made a few different recipes - these are by far the crispiest and were great with a dipping sauce. Are they as good as the chicken variety, not yet, not for us but we’re going to keep developing this one and see if we can’t perfect it! What’s your favorite wing sauce? Are you a spicy or sweet kind of person? Let us know in the comments below!

Instructions for the Dip

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line 1 or 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets - you’re looking for about 4 cups total.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the flour with all the spices. Once blended, add milk and combine.
  4. Add half the cauliflower to the flour mixture and coat them thoroughly.
  5. Remove any excess coating from the florets and place evenly on the lined baking sheet without overlap.
  6. Repeat with the remaining half of the cauliflower.
  7. Place in the oven for 30 minutes. Turn and return them to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with the dipping sauce of your choice, like our Sweet & Sour or Buffalo Sauces.
